How To Take Measurements

Waist

• Position the measuring tape around the natural waistline, keeping it parallel to the ground.

• Make sure the tape is snug but not overly tight, and that it remains at the same level all around the waist.

• Note the measurement

Hip

• Identify the fullest part of your hips on the side. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest hip point.

• Keep the tape parallel and snug.
